Most people think church is a quiet corner for the timid or the broken. But following Jesus takes courage. Church isn’t a retreat from the world — it’s training for the fight.

When we worship, we’re declaring that fear doesn’t win. When we preach, we’re calling people back to life.

🦁 This is what faith looks like when it roars.

Failure isn’t final. 🕊️ It’s the place where grace meets growth. Where God shapes us, not in our success, but in our surrender.

Last week, Jord reminded us that even when we fall short, God is still faithful — using our failures to form us, strengthen us, and prepare us for what’s next.

He reminded us that we often run on the approval of others or on our own strength.�But the only fuel that truly lasts is the Holy Spirit—the daily portion of power and peace God freely gives.

Last week, Pastor Saff reminded us that Jesus doesn’t just call us to the crowd — He calls us closer. From decision → discipleship. From the edge → the family. 💒

This past Sunday we heard an incredible word from our pastors as they shared the vision for where God is taking us 🙌. It set us up to finish this year strong and step boldly into the future! ✨

We leaned into three key areas: Engagement, Evangelism, and Unity.

Saff reminded us of the picture in Acts 2, where the early church shared everything so that no one was in need. That same blessing is still available today — when we come together shoulder to shoulder to build God’s kingdom 🤝❤️.

Kate shared from The Subversive Jesus 📖 — a powerful reminder that the gospel isn’t just words. It’s an invitation to open our homes, our tables, and our lives. To tell people: you are seen, known, and loved ❤️

True transformation happens not just when we give, but when we welcome.

👉 This is the challenge for us as a church: will we live out the gospel so people can see it?

In last Sunday’s message, we were reminded that we can’t split our devotion. It’s not 60/40 or “a little of both.” Jesus calls us to choose — will God be in the driver’s seat of your life, or will something else take His place? 💡
